The proof of a good relationship between client and contractor is to be asked back for another project. To date Moore Trosper Construction has built three banking facilities for Fifth Third Bank. By developing a 'team' relationship and good communication, the first bank was ready for utilization in 112 calendar days. Satisfied with the results, Fifth Third Bank engaged Moore Trosper to build a second bank in Charlotte, MI. Though construction took place in a harsh winter season and the existing bank remained in operation on the site during construction, the project was completed on schedule. Now the relationship has matured by the experience of multiple projects allowing a greater understanding between the contractor and the client. The third bank was completed on time and on budget with Moore Trosper Construction anticipating the needs of the client thus avoiding communiation discordance through lack of understanding. |
