Moore Trosper's success has been based on the fact that interior renovation / remodeling is its niche. Geagley Laboratories was more than just a renovation; this project was a complete overhaul of office space and mechanical systems.  The project consisted of demolishing a majority of the interior space, creating new laboratories, offices, bathrooms, boardrooms, (updates of layouts and finishes) and a complete mechanical / electrical overhaul.  This complicated, two (2) year project was phased where Moore Trosper had to maintain the day-to-day operations while employees of the State of Michigan occupied the building. The Owner moved in to their newly renovated areas on April 15, 2002.
