	The "hard" bid market offered a challenging project when Moore Trosper was the successful low bidder on a project for the City of Lansing. Housing the operations and maintenance center for the City of Lansing employees, Moore Trosper provided a fair, honest and timely turn key solution of converting an existing one-story building into a three-story building. The project had a short timeline to get it enclosed before winter set in. Teamwork between the Architect, Owner and Moore Trosper ensured progress, while tradespeople successfully completed the work. The structure looks like a new building to those who remember the existing one-story facility.
