Continued work at Michigan State University led Moore Trosper Construction Company to secure the bid for a 100 year old renovation/restoration of one of the oldest buildings on the University's Campus.

The Moore Trosper team was entrusted with the complete interior demolition and remodel, including A.D.A. upgrades, new windows and an elevator and stairwell addition for this valued, historic building. The completed project, which updated the quality and safety of the building while retaining its original integrity, proved once again that our depth of experience makes us true renovation specialists.
