In taking on this project, Moore Trosper Construction Company faced the challenge of conducting this addition and renovation without disturbing the daily operation and care of elderly residents at the Eaton County Medical Care Facility. To address this challenge, our team performed massive undercuts to abate poor soils, which reduced the project timeline by weeks. Our team also coordinated superior safety practices and maintained clear lines of communication to minimize risk and resident disturbances.
