The proof of a good relationship between client and contractor is to be asked back for another project. To date Moore Trosper Construction has built three banking facilities for Fifth Third Bank. By developing a 'team' relationship and good communication, the first bank was ready for utilization in 112 calendar days. Satisfied with the results, Fifth Third Bank engaged Moore Trosper to build a second bank in Charlotte, MI.

Though construction took place in a harsh winter season and the existing bank remained in operation on the site during construction, the project was completed on schedule.

The relationship has now matured through the experience of multiple projects, allowing a greater level of understanding between the contractor and client to develop. This has further increased the efficiency and quality of projects. The construction of the third bank for the client was completed on time and budget due to the ability of Moore Trosper Construction to anticipate the needs of the client and maintain clear communication.
