The construction of Independent Bank required a cohesive team effort. At the start of the project, Moore Trosper Construction Company was faced with ground water and power lines that needed to be removed from the site before the project could commence. Bad soil contributed to the challenging conditions Moore Trosper faced. However, the Moore Trosper team was able to overcome these obstacles to complete the project on time. Also, because of the pre-construction strategy we used, the original building design was able to be executed and to date, the building has met all of the client's needs.
