The City of Lansing presented a challenging opportunity for Moore Trosper Construction Company, the successful low bidder in the "hard" bid market, when they requested renovations to the City of Lansing Operations & Maintenance Facility. Moore Trosper Construction provided a fair, honest and timely turn key solution of converting an existing one-story building into a three-story building. The project had a short timeline, due to the need to enclose the building before the winter season. Teamwork between the Architect, Owner and Moore Trosper Construction ensured progress, while tradespeople successfully completed the work. Moore Trosper Construction was able to radically elevate the appearance of the building, giving it the look of a new building as opposed to a renovation.
