At the request of the client, Moore Trosper Construction Company developed an efficient fast track approach to complete the Michigan Packaging Corporation's new facility in a 13 month time period. Concrete footings were installed based on the pre-engineered metal building footprint, which was tailored to the 250,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Moore Trosper Construction succeeded in meeting client expectations, and was able to execute the $11,088,000 project from conceptual design to final completion within the 13 month deadline.
