Location: East Lansing, MI
Eustace-Cole Hall, one of Michigan State University’s oldest buildings, was built in 1888 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Moore Trosper was entrusted with the complete interior demolition and remodel, including ADA upgrades, new windows, and an elevator and stairwell addition. The completed project updated the quality and safety of the building while retaining its original integrity.
